Transaction Allocations List

Use the Transaction Allocations List function to view the accounts to which you want to distribute amounts entered for individual transactions.

This function is available only if you have the Not for Profit add-on installed.

Use the Transaction Allocations function to set up transaction allocation records.

  1. Use the Data Filter to select the range of filtering options or leave the filter blank to include all available data.
  2. Select, if applicable, the Banded Rows check box to highlight alternating lines on the list to make the list easier to read.
    Note: Use the Print Preferences function in the System Manager Business Rules to define the default setting for this check box. You can then override this default when you print the list.

    Output Output the list as a PDF.
    Send Save the list as a PDF and attach it to an email using your default mail program.
    Preview View a preview of the Transaction Allocations List.
    Reset Set all fields to their default values.
